We offer individual consulting tailored to the needs and requirements of our clients and based on a comprehensive research process. According to the demands of a political multi-level system, we operate in Germany on the Federal and Laender levels, as well as on the European and international levels, wherever it is needed.

Abroad and with regard to foreign issues we can draw on a formidable network of excellent partner agencies. We understand public affairs as an integrated concept for the management of the external relations of a company or an organization, and therefore we work closely with political actors, as well as the media and other key stakeholders.

Our political consultancy is based on a three-step process:

1. Diagnosis: We analyze the current position of our client within the political arena and in the public perception.
2. Definition of Goals: In cooperation with our clients, we define the goals that are to be achieved through our political communications consulting. Thereby, our work remains transparent.
3. Implementation: On the basis of the defined goals, we formulate an action plan and implement it.

During this process we cooperate with a variety of renowned, scientific cooperation partners, such as the pollsters of dimap and GESS, the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW) and the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP). This allows us to identify trends at an early state and incorporate them into our work.

Thereby, we avow ourselves to discretion vis-à-vis third parties, and at the same time commit to ethic standards within the public affairs consulting process.
